About ME

Hi, I’m Crystal, a freelance womenswear designer and design consultant with over 15 years of experience in the fashion industry.

For me, great design has always started with curiosity. I love exploring new ideas, understanding what makes each brand unique and helping bring those ideas to life through beautifully considered collections. Working as a freelance consultant means no two projects are ever the same, and I enjoy collaborating with a wide range of brands at every stage of the design journey.

My love of fashion started long before my career. Growing up, I learnt to sew from my grandmother, who was a traditional lace maker, embroiderer and beader. Watching her create beautiful pieces by hand sparked my passion for design, and craftsmanship has stayed at the heart of everything I do ever since.

Today, I bring fresh ideas, technical expertise and a collaborative approach to every project. Ultimately, I believe the best designs are created with care, purpose and attention to detail, something my grandmother taught me from the very beginning, and a philosophy that continues to guide my work today.
